You choose when you want to volunteer. Don’t let others choose for you. Stop calling oneself an idiot. Don’t accept non essential interruptions. Every interruption costs 15 minutes of your time and takes you out of your flow, and you have to work to get back into flow.   Get the emails, social networking, newspaper reading, YouTube videos out of the way first thing in the morning.
